About Us

Located in Farm Cove away from the hustle and bustle , but under the sun , Mon Bichon is the only French inspired cafe in the Eastern Suburbs of Auckland .Owned by Florent from Paris and his Wife Le, they will welcome you in a warm relaxed atmosphere and provide you with great coffee and food. Mon Bichon has a large outdoor courtyard area. Dogs are also welcomed.

Florent has travelled and lived in Paris , Sydney and Auckland and he will always be happy to share some stories with you about food and his traveling experiences. Giving you great service and making you feel at home is their goal .

All food is made on the premises and include French style cuisine as well as the Kiwi Classics. They also have available a selection of frozen meals to take-away and to share at home with your family and friends. They also provide catering for functions and open to answering any queries.

Our day kicks off at 8am where you can drop in and pick up a freshly baked French pastry, warm scone or legendary muffin with your coffee to get the day off to a good start.

We serve delicious & varied lunches from our cabinet all made on the premises, alongside award winning coffee served by our friendly team.

Voila Fine Cuisine

Meals are presented in either ceramic or foil and range in sizes from single portions to Family Size. The decision was made to use ceramic for a number of reasons and $5 is added to the meal which is fully refundable upon return.

The selection of meals above regularly appear in our take away freezer. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee your first choice will always be on hand but feel free to call and check. We are happy to put something aside for you if we have it. There are always new dishes appearing all the time so pop in and take a look.

Catering

We can offer a wide range of fresh cocktail food 7 days a week either ready for you to pick up or have delivered (on our platters or yours). Vegetarian and Gluten free options available.

Our service also extends to offering our friendly staff to ensure your function runs smoothly and professionally. We go to great lengths to satisfy our customers requirements.

Whether it be pre dinner cocktails, stylish platters, an intimate home based dinner party or a more elaborate function we have the experience and enthusiasm to offer you.

We can offer a wide range of fresh foods suitable for Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea to be had either in your home or workplace. These can be ready for your collection or delivered (on our platters or yours). Vegetarian and Gluten free options are available.

Our service also extends to offering our friendly staff to ensure your function runs smoothly and professionally.
